  • Will you refund me my shipping cost?
    Shipping costs are nonrefundable. We will provide credit for the item, but not the cost for shipping the item.
  • I have not received my order, how do I find it?
    Tracking information is automatically sent via email confirming your purchase. Check spam folder for missing emails. Check tracking details to get up to date status. If you require further assistance, email us.
  • What is your return policy?
    "We Have Ducks" wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, our return policy allows you to send back your purchase within 99 days of the date of your purchase minus S&H. Items must not have any damage. Please send a picture of the product along with your request. Item returned after 99 days are not eligible for refund.
  • What type of shipping do you offer?
    All our shipping is handled by the USPS (standard, expedited, and international where available). USPS offers the most competitive rate when it comes to shipping small items like our ducks.
  • Do you offer gift cards?
    We do not offer gift cards at this time.
  • What is my product is damaged?
    Please contact customer support via email within 48 hours of your delivery with photos of the damage. We will asses the damage and send you a replacement as soon as possible.
  • How much does shipping cost?
    Domestic shipping is calculated based on the total value of the shopping cart, so the more you purchase, the better the rate. Expedited is based on the region of the country you are in and is displayed at checkout.
  • Any Disclaimer?
    We Have Ducks is not responsible for any injuries or deaths that may occur while using our products. Please keep small items out of reach of small children.
  • Shipping information
    We Have Ducks guarantees the shipment of any order. We are not responsible for lost packages due to mistyped addresses or USPS losing mail. We cannot guarantee shipping times due to delays caused by holidays or natural events.
  • Additional Information
    We Have Ducks reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase, and product offerings without prior notice. We Have Ducks has the right to cancel any order and refund the amount paid.
  • Do you offer expedited shipping?
    Not at this time.
  • How do I enter my billing and shipping addrresses?
    Make sure you correctly enter the billing and shipping addresses. The billing address must match the credit card being used. Also, make sure to use the second address line for an apartment, suite, or floor.
  • My payment will not go through. What do I do?
    Make sure you have the correct billing address (that the credit card is billed to), card number, expiration date and security code. Payments are processed and authenticated via third party payment gateway providers, so no personal information is saved or stored on our website. If you are using paypal, make sure your email matches your account with paypal and including all personal information or you may experience issues.
  • What if my order doesn't arrive?
    We Have Ducks is not responsible for mistyped addresses or USPS losing mail.
  • When will you process my order?
    Orders are processed within 24 hours, excluding weekends. Those orders will be processed the following Monday.
  • Do you offer any guarantees?
    Yes, "We Have Ducks" offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you're not satisfied, we're not satisfied. We will refund your duck purchase (minus S&H) up to 99 days from date of purchase. We are here to make it better. If you an issue with anything, please don't hesitate to reach out to customer support.
  • Your personal information
    We Have Ducks will hold itself responsible for the safety of all personal information you provide. The personal information you provide will be used to arrange deliveries and to communicate offers. The information you provide is only available to We Have Ducks and will not be shared with third parties. You have the right to inspect the information held about you.
  • Do you offer free shipping?
    We offer free shipping on orders of more than $50.
  • What payments do you accept?
    Paypal, AE, Visa, Masterdard.
  • Do I need to set up an account to make a purchase?
    You will need to enter email and password to set up an account. This will allow us to provide you with tracking information and updates.
  • Are your ducks safe for children?
    Parents must know and supervise their children regardless of age. Our ducks are not for children 3 years of age or less.
