Return and Exchange Policy

We want our ducks to be in a good and loving home. If you don't like the color of your duck, or the size of your duck, or if your duck doesn't like you and if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 99 days for a refund (minus S&H). The product must be in its original condition and packaging. Shipping charges are not refundable. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team.
